About the Research Project
Earlier this year Monash University, in collaboration with the Autism Behavioural Intervention Association and the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia, conducted a research project to better understand the professional practice of applied behaviour analysis (ABA) in Australia.
As part of this research, we heard from families who are accessing (or have previously accessed) ABA-based services in Australia, allied health professionals (psychologists, BCBAs, speech pathologists, etc.), program supervisors who design and supervise ABA-based programs,
and therapists or support workers who deliver ABA-based programs to individuals.
On Tuesday 13th October at 7pm Dr Erin Leif will be live on Zoom to present the results of this research project, what they mean for our community and to answer any of your questions.
The research project was approved by Monash University’s Human Research Ethics Committee (Project #22580).
