General Terms and Conditions for Delegates of ABA Australia 2020 Conference
1. Registration fees
All delegates must pay the registration fee prior to arrival at the conference venue. Registration must be completed online prior to your arrival. If purchasing a membership-based conference registration, then your membership with ABA Australia must be valid until 26 July 2020.
2. Name Tags
Name tags, issued to delegates at registration, are required for admittance at all times.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to 15 June 2020 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of 25% of the ticket cost. Cancellations made after, as well as ‘no shows’, are liable for the full registration fee.
Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Delegates must make sure they receive an acknowledgement of their cancellation from the ’ABA Australia Events’ administration. Only this will confirm that their request has been received and processed.
Attendees should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.
